Indiana Microgrant Program

The National Microschooling Center is thrilled to announce the return of an exciting opportunity for Indiana! We are currently accepting applications for the first-round of a three-tiered microgrant program. These grants, made possible through a generous partnership with EdChoice, are designed to help launch microschools in Indiana.

Grant applicants must be planning to launch a microschool fall 2025 located in the state of Indiana.

The first-tier of this grant process asks for a one page document highlighting: vision, mission, grades to be served, number of children to be served, any specific focus, and next steps the founder needs help with. Up to 20 grantees will each be awarded $250. The applications are open from February 20 to April 18, 2025.

National Microschooling Center will provide specialized training to all grantees.

The grantees of the first round will be invited to apply for the second round of grants, where up to 10 grantees will each be awarded $1,000. These recipients will be invited to apply for the third and final round, which will award up to 7 grantees $5,000.

If you have questions regarding the grant process, please contact Ashley Soifer, Chief Innovation Officer at the National Microschooling Center, at ashley@microschoolingcenter.org or Jill Haskins, Director of Indiana Microschool Network at jill@micorschoolingcenter.org.
