If a microschool leader is displaying this badge, it means that they are or have been a Center member and that they have completed a certain level of the NMC Leadership Achievement Pathway. The program is a self‑paced journey through Center resources, designed to level up leadership through real learning, engagement, and participation.

This pathway exists to help leaders keep growing and to acknowledge the work they put in for their growth. The badge indicates that they have achieved a certain level within the program.

This pathway and program is not a certification or accreditation for individuals or schools. The badges are recognition that participating leaders are consistently working to expand their knowledge and leadership. Benchmarks are subject to change based on availability of or changes to Center programs.
